YOUR gift will make the difference.
Since 1991, the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation has worked hard to fulfill our mission to Educate, Equip and Empower students to succeed in life by providing college scholarships to PISD students in financial need. At Hendrick, we passionately believe in the value of a college education and we want to help students who have faced adversity in life to obtain their goals.
Now, more than ever, we need your help. We have continued to meet the need by awarding more scholarships each year; however, year over year fundraising has not increased proportionately as expected. Additionally, a higher percentage of our students (over 50%) are now at the university level, significantly increasing tuition costs. As a result, this increased need impacts our ability to provide the necessary financial support to our 79 students. In the Hendrick program, our students continue to beat the odds, as more Hendrick students have earned a post-secondary credential compared to their peers in Texas public universities. We have wonderful success stories, but they come at a price.
The reality is, without your financial support this year, we cannot uphold our goal of a college education for all our students. Please consider a gift before year-end to fund the spring semester tuition due in January. Your donation will make the difference. Join us in our mission to Educate, Equip and Empower students to succeed. Thank you!

Hendrick Scholarship winner: Hendrick Scholarship Foundation in Plano "A wonderful group of Christians showed me how to walk by faith, not by sight and how to make it through the college experience that would forever open doors in my life, to be able to accomplish anything."

I do not think there are words that could accurately describe the impact that the Hendrick Foundation, and every person that is part of it, has made in my life. They have created a better future, not only for me, but for my family as well and the generations to come.
I can say from the bottom of my heart that I am forever thankful, and I would not be who I am today without the support of the Hendrick Foundation. They have changed my life."
