The Hendrick Scholarship Foundation is named in honor of the amazing man in the picture to the left, Dr. Wayne Hendrick. Sadly, Dr. Hendrick passed on September 28, 2016 but his legacy continues to live on in all of the Plano ISD students.

Dr. Hendrick's desire to help students who, without the foundation, would be unable to afford a proper college education. The tremendous growth that he provided to the Plano school district will never be forgotten.

"Some people come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never ever the same."  -Flavia Weedn

We think that was Dr. Hendrick for all of us!

We want to say a Big Thank You to these wonderful  Party with a Purpose Ladies from CAC ''Do Gooders"" for raising funding for a 1 year scholarship to Collin College!.

What People Are Saying

More Than A Scholarship

"I had one dream and one dream only... to have a higher education. The Hendrick Scholarship Foundation believed in my ability and desire to succeed. They grabbed me by the hand from the beginning and never let go.

We always wonder if heroes are real. Well, I can tell you from personal experience that ... Hendrick is made up of heroes dressed in normal day-to-day clothes."
