Hendrick Scholarship Foundation has chosen to require that all students start their college education at Collin County Community College ("Collin College").

Most of our students are "first generation" college students and therefore typically don't have familiarity with the requirements, policies, and procedures of attending college. To provide them with particular points of contact, Collin College's Student Services Division has designated specific staff members in various departments to provide support to Hendrick students. There is one overall staff member who serves as the primary advising point of contact for Hendrick students.

Thanks to Collin College's cooperation and ongoing support, our students receive guidance and encouragement during the critical first two years, to stay in college and earn their degrees. The vast majority of Hendrick students that graduate from Collin College, go on to attend a 4 year university.
